Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure recipe accuracy and uphold the highest safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage production based on restaurant needs, including building and maintaining our signature wood-fired pits.
- Lead and inspire a passionate kitchen team, fostering their development and boosting morale.
- Regulate the production of smoked meats, ensuring top-notch consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean, efficient kitchen, following all food safety protocols.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma required; Culinary Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a kitchen management role, with a strong background in high-volume environments (BBQ experience is a bonus!).
- Proficient in professional cooking techniques, knife handling, and BBQ preparation.
- A genuine passion for food quality, teamwork, and leadership.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with both team members and guests.
