Assistant Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Leadership: Lead by example and inspire our team members to deliver outstanding service. Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that our guests receive top-notch service, and their dining experience exceeds expectations. Address guest concerns and provide solutions promptly.
- Operational Excellence: Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Training and Development: Mentor and train team members to uphold our high standards of service and hospitality. Identify areas for improvement and implement training programs as needed.
- Financial Management: Assist in controlling costs and optimizing profitability while maintaining quality standards. Monitor and manage budgets, sales, and expenses.
- Problem Solving: Handle any challenges that may arise during shifts, from customer issues to operational obstacles, with confidence and professionalism.
Skills and Job Requirements:
• Ability to work together as a team.
• Lead by example and foster a positive and motivated work environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Exhibit excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Must be comfortable using a computer and possess data entry and reporting skills.
• Must be able to move and process information quickly.
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10-12 hours).
• Must have the stamina to work up to 55 hours per week.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 25lbs.
