What does career growth look like at Culver's? Culvers offers a number of growth opportunities within the franchise. When starting from the ground level, the next opportunity is our Shift Lead position, followed by Assistant Manager, then General Manager. While Culvers is not the dream for everyone, for those that the restaurant business calls to, there are franchising opportunities should you choose to branch out on your own.
