Responsibilities:

Assist the Shift Manager in all aspects of shift operations
Train and supervise Team Members
Maintain financial and statistical records
Handle guest complaints and queries
Maximize profitability and productivity
Motivate Team Members to meet sales goals
Set and achieve sales goals
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
Communicate effectively with management
Assist the Shift Manager in safely opening or closing the store
Manage all cash-handling procedures
