Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Shift Manager in all aspects of shift operations
  • Train and supervise Team Members
  • Maintain financial and statistical records
  • Handle guest complaints and queries
  • Maximize profitability and productivity
  • Motivate Team Members to meet sales goals
  • Set and achieve sales goals
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Communicate effectively with management
  • Assist the Shift Manager in safely opening or closing the store
  • Manage all cash-handling procedures
