General Manager applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a high-volume food service operation. Also, must have a proven track record of building sales, guest counts and profitability in their previous management positions. A Western Sizzlin General Manager is expected to be able to successfully recruit, train and retain an employee staff of 75 to 100 employees and assistant managers.
