Must have at least 3 years restaurant experience in a high-volume operation. A Kitchen Manager must be highly self-motivated and energetic. Must have experience in scheduling, doing inventory/ordering/receiving. Must have a proven track record of managing food cost, labor cost and restaurant controllable cost. Must be able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
