This position is a multi-unit supervisory role where you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the operations of multiple IHOP restaurants in the assigned territory. We are looking for someone with previous chain restaurant and multi-unit experience to join our dynamic team.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee unit level operations of the restaurants in assigned territory.
  • Provide strategic and tactical guidance on developing restaurant operations, standards, and guidelines including service excellence, product presentation, sales, guest relations, safety/security, marketing, and management development.
  • Ensure all necessary administrative duties are completed correctly, properly, and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction is always a top priority and operations comply with Brand standards and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain high levels in all operations evaluations, guest surveys, health inspections, and franchise audits.
  • Organized with great time management skills.


Requirements/Experience and Skill Sets

  • 10 years of restaurant experience with at least 5 of those years being in multi-unit operations.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership and successful training skills.
  • Motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Problem-solving skills.
