IHOP is seeking Hourly Managers in San Antonio and surrounding areas! The ideal candidates will have restaurant experience, a strong work ethic, and a can-do attitude!

Responsibilities

• Work closely with management to meet revenue cost control goals, i.e. Labor and Food Cost
• Assist in the achievement of budgeted sales and profits
• Complete daily and weekly business reports
• Follow and implement company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment
• Ensure the proper operational condition of equipment, building structure and premises according to federal, state and local regulations and the SOP
• Ensure safety and sanitation practices are maintained according to federal, state and local regulations and the SOP
• Ensure adequate levels of food, paper, kitchen, safety, janitorial, uniform, linen and miscellaneous supplies
• Maintain safe working conditions inside and outside surrounding area of restaurant
• Assist in the recruitment, training and retention of Team Members in accordance with the current SOP and operations plan for the assigned unit
• Train, supervise and coach staff to execute IHOP SOP; lead by example
• Develop and maintain professional functional working relationships with IHOP restaurant Team Members and guests
• Communicate effectively with employees to provide a harassment free, fair, fun work environment
• Able to perform kitchen duties for extended periods of time
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

Able to learn and work multiple positions

Excellent interpersonal communication skills  

Exceptional organization and leadership skills

Dependable and reliable 

ServSafe Certification (current) or willing to acquire (company paid)

Recent restaurant experience required
