Hazelnuts Creperie is seeking a motivated and passionate Unit Supervisor to join our team. As a Unit Supervisor, you will work hands on with the team and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, inspiring and motivating team members to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints or issues
- Provide guidance and support to shift supervisors and team members
- Monitor performance and provide training and instruction on the job
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Collaborate with the owner to improve operational efficiency
- Promote and maintain a positive work environment by demonstrating leadership, team work, and effective communication skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in food service or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
