As a Server Support Team member at Ten20 Tavern, you'll ensure that guests have a positive,
friendly experience by supporting front-of-house operations.

KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
- Greet and seat guests promptly, accommodating special seating requests when possible.
- Manage guest flow, balancing seating and taking names when wait times are necessary.
- Offer menus, inspect tables for completeness, and relay messages to servers.
- Maintain cleanliness in the entrance, lobby, dining room, and restrooms.
- Assist servers in stocking service stations and transporting dirty dishes to the dish room.
- Clean and reset tables, chairs, booths, and surrounding areas.
- Take take-out orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Process payments, close checks, and thank guests for their visit.
- Perform side work as assigned and fill in as needed to ensure smooth operations.
APPEARANCE / UNIFORM:
- Adhere to company appearance and uniform standards.
WORK CONDITIONS:
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Frequent reaching, bending, and manual dexterity for handling, gripping, and fine motor tasks.
- Continuous standing on hard surfaces and walking.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, squatting, and climbing step stools.
- Frequent exposure to cold and heat (e.g., walk-in fridge/freezer, ovens).
