KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
- Consistently prepare, cook, plate, and finish food according to Ten20 Tavern’s standards.
- Ensure food safety by maintaining proper temperatures, labeling, and rotating ingredients.
- Stock and maintain sufficient food supplies at stations.
- Portion food items according to recipe specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation, including cooking equipment and refrigeration.
- Assist with food prep during off-peak periods.
- Complete side work and assist with kitchen closing duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
APPEARANCE / UNIFORM:
- Adhere to company appearance and uniform standards.
WORK CONDITIONS:
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Frequent reaching, bending, and manual dexterity (handling, gripping, etc.).
- Continuous standing on hard surfaces and walking.
- Exposure to cold and high heat (walk-ins, ovens, fryers).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, squatting, and climbing step stools.
