Quick Service Restaurant Assistant Managers/ Shift Leaders play a key role in supporting the QSR General Manager in the day to day operation of the restaurant. The QSR Assistant Manager/Shift Leader is responsible for managing the operation of the location in the Restaurant General Manager’s absence.
