Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present food meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Maintain kitchen stations and inventory
Stay updated on new products and complete training
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and safety
Follow Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

Qualifications and Requirements:

Reliable and cheerful with a customer service mindset
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Strong interpersonal skills and team player
Flexible schedule availability
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
