Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Front of House Director at Chick-fil-A Horn Lake in Horn Lake, MS. The Front of House Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including ensuring seamless communication, providing exceptional customer service, managing hospitality standards, coordinating events, and driving sales initiatives. The Front of House (FOH) Director oversees the execution of operational strategies and is responsible for ensuring the entire FOH is in alignment with the vision of Chick-fil-A Horn Lake.

- Must be able to work in and oversee day to day operational activities
