We are hiring a Maintenance team member to join our hotel maintenance crews. Applicants need to have a positive team player attitude, attention to detail, good work ethic, and always strive to provide great customer service. Join a great team in the hospitality business!
What is required?
- Ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for 8 hours, bend, stretch, and reach
- Must display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times in the work place and community
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Any knowledge/experience with any of the following: electrical, plumbing, construction/carpentry, & HVAC.

Specific Responsibilities
- Grounds work & general property clean up
- Moving supplies & receiving deliveries for hotel, restaurant, and store
- Supporting housekeeping, store, and front office teams
- Responding to general maintenance requests in guest rooms, restaurant, store, & employee areas
- Maintain safety/security practices & have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures
- Pool maintenance, will be asked to complete CPO certification
- Snow removal
- Off season project work
- Parking lot monitoring & other duties as requested
