EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED; Able to multi task and excel under pressure; Hospitality experience
CORE FOCUS & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualified candidates must be able to satisfactorily complete the following responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.
- Work together with servers and the kitchen staff to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently.
- Must have the ability to provide good customer service with a pleasant dining experience and quality service.
- Must always be neat in appearance.
- Worked in coordination with other departments to ensure that customers get quality service and satisfaction.
- Take orders, deliver food, and answer questions regarding the menu.
- Be a part of the dining experience.
- Process payment - Comprehensive knowledge of securing proper payment and at the same time controlling guest checks.
- Greet customers - ability to demonstrate habits of greeting both new and old customers.
- Clean tables and reset tables in dining area.
- Must be comfortable with running errands for customers within the restaurant Substantial knowledge of refilling condiment containers.
- In-depth knowledge of serving customers’ needs and understanding of serving food to customers.
- Basic understanding of e-mail and Microsoft Excel.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and walk for hours at a time
- Ability to lift 10-15 pounds
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends"
