We are seeking an individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for leading others. As a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in creating lasting positive memories by ensuring a clean and sanitized hotel. You will be responsible for assisting and partnering with the Executive Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping, Public Area, and Laundry teams at the hotel, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and overall appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Previous Hotel Housekeeping experience required
• Assist with the daily operations of the Housekeeping department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper
• Assist with training housekeeping personnel on various tasks and job duties
• Ensure cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas are consistently met
• Ensure work schedules and team performance reflect our productivity standards
• Perform or assist with cleaning & laundry duties as necessary
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner
• Inspect guest rooms, meeting areas and public areas daily
• Assist with scheduling and ordering as needed
• Coach housekeeping personnel to ensure standards are met
• Establish and implement operational standards and procedures for the department
• Recommend changes that could improve service and increase operational efficiency
