Job Summary
Our office administrator assists the General Manager with all aspects of hotel and restaurant back office administration. We are looking for a positive, organized, driven, and customer service-oriented individual to join our team!
Daily Duties
- Preparation of daily reports
- Accounts payable
- Assist with payroll preparation
- Daily cash and credit card reconciliations and bank deposits
- Data entry, statistics, general recordkeeping
- Preparation of month end reports
- Billing and collection of marina services, rental properties and employee housing
- Licensing
- Assist GM with various other projects as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- Positive customer service orientated attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting/administrative experience
- Hotel/restaurant experience a plus
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours
