Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the Service Business Development Center (BDC)
• Create, maintain and measure the internet and business development processes
• Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer’s customer satisfaction index (CSI)
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor and analyze department performance metrics
• Supervise and train BDC associates
• Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Prior experience in automotive industry and customer service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
