Members of our host staff are crucial to the execution of service by efficiently supporting and collaborating with wait staff, support, and management positions. As all roles are critical to the success of a restaurant it is everyone’s responsibility to be aware of all aspects of the flow of service.
Experience in customer service is required.:
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Flexible schedule, particularly for weekend/evening shifts.
• 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work on feet for 6 hours a shift.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds at a time.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds overhead onto high shelves.
• Advanced time management experience.
• Friendly, open disposition.
• Team player who looks for ways to help out other employees whenever needed.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
