Restaurant Manager for Chapel Hill French Bistro
The team at Bluebird is in search of a Restaurant Manager to work alongside our GM, Chef de Cuisine, and Director of Operations. We would like to meet someone who:
- is internally driven to create peak guest experiences
- can find, motivate, and maintain a team of committed professionals

- possesses a hunger for classic bistro cuisine and a thirst for French wine and cocktails
- has the confidence to teach, and the humility to learn
- is psychologically and physically prepared for the challenge and exhilaration of working in a restaurant
- gets it.
Qualifications for this position include and are not limited to the following:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Multiple years of service experience in fine dining or casual fine dining.
- Proficiency with Point-of-Sale software.
- Able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment.
- Capable of multitasking under extreme pressure.
- Ability to work on feet for ten hours a shift.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds at a time.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds overhead onto high shelves.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
