CCP Supervisor

Job Summary

The CCP Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily activities of caregivers and clients. The primary goal of this role is to schedule caregivers to clients in a appropriate and timely manner. Organize files and follow IDOA checklist.

Essential Functions

• Schedule / assign caregivers to clients
• Support both caregivers and clients needs
• Coordinate with the HR manager for caregivers evaluation
• Coordinate with field supervisor for clients and caregivers home visit
• Communicate information on competitive strategy to agency office staff
• Answer internal and external calls
• Resolve all caregivers and clients complaints and issues
• Report to the Office manager
• Follow all IDOA and company's policy and procedure

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Pass state required background checks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service
• Superior organization and time management
• Ability to work independently and manage their own case load
• Able to adapt to new processes, procedures, and requirements as handed down by the date
• Capable of speaking and writing reports and updates in the English language

Pay

• Salary starting 45k
