Back of House Team Members are Responsible for:
- Preparing and presenting food safely, quickly and efficiently, while meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Being knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, food preparation, inventory needs, and safety requirements
- Keeping the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Adhere to all health and food safety requirements set by Chick-fil-A Corporate, City, County and State authorities
Front of House Team Members are Responsible for:
- Greeting every guest with a smile and ensuring everyone feels welcome and appreciated
- Ensuring guests orders are taken quickly and accurately
- Assembling and delivering orders to guests accurately and quickly to ensure the quality of food is at its peak
- Connecting with Guests and going the 2nd mile to ensure every guest has a positive experience.
Delivery Drivers are Responsible for:
- Representing Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture
- Delivering guest orders in an efficient and safe manner
- Observing best driving practices when operating delivery vehicles
- Maintaining Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, attentive, and courteous) at all times
