Join Chick-fil-A Milton as the Marketing Director of a multi-unit Chick-fil-A (Chickand be part of a team that values teamwork, leadership development, and giving back to the Milton/Alpharetta community. As a forward-thinking partner, you will lead the Raving Fans Strategy, drive sales growth, and enhance the Chick-fil-A brand through innovative marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Creating Marketing plans and executing the hospitality & event calendar of a multi-unit Chick-fil-A organization
Planning and executing meaningful promotions, events, and partnerships with local organizations
Maintaining social media accounts and engaging with customers daily
Representing Chick-fil-A positively in the community
Managing community partnerships and giving strategies
Attending marketing meetings and activating national campaigns

Requirements:

Located in Alpharetta, GA
Desire to work in and learn restaurant operations
Time management and excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Social Media and Graphic Design Software
Familiarity with Web & Graphic Design Software
Passion for serving and engaging with the restaurant community
A self-starter and go-getter mentality.
The ability to exhibit extreme ownership
Great attention to every detail
Receptive to feedback and coaching
A desire to grow every single day
