Full-time

$13 - 16 per hour

The Catering Coordinator assists in executing all catering and delivery transactions & assists associated personnel of the restaurant. This role works in conjunction between the Catering department and all Operational departments of the restaurant. The Coordinator serves as the assistant and backup department lead of all catering & delivery management of the restaurant across all hours of operation. The Coordinator is to support all outside sales growth measures through new business account acquisition and upselling opportunities with existing accounts. They embody the values of Chick-fil-A and serve as an ambassador to the community. This Coordinator must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and time management. They must have a growth mindset and be a self- motivated, and creative thinker.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Lead with operational excellence
Assembly and order fulfillment of catering orders to pick-up and delivery guests
Follow up with customer to gather customer satisfaction survey and act to improve catering services
Maintain a Customer Intelligence system
Communicate all necessary information to necessary team in advance for orders
Maintain relationships with community partners and local schools by managing catering orders, food credits, and food donations we may have with these partners
Increase Catering sales by pursuing new accounts, encouraging new orders from existing accounts through in-person visits, cold calls, emails, and promotional opportunities
Fulfill every catering order with the Chick-fil-A standard of operational excellence: taste, order accuracy, timeliness, attentive & courteous service
Go above and beyond the duties described to provide a safe & reliable atmosphere
Maintain a productive & profitable business operation
Cast vision for team members and shift leaders to roll out the red carpet for catering guests as we fulfill their orders.

Requirements:

A valid GA Drivers license as this positions requires to operate a company vehicle for catering deliveries
Monday - Saturday availability
Willing and able to be flexible in schedule depending on when orders are set
Strong attention to detail and time management
Takes initiative
Able to lift & carry up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
