Nittany Energy is a local family-owned business that is looking for a qualified Customer Care Representative (CCR) for our State College office. Nittany Energy provides heating oil to residential customers and commercial fuels to businesses, farms, etc. Work schedule is 40hrs per week and is Mon-Friday (daytime) with occasional Saturday hours during the peak winter season. This individual would need to work well with others and enjoy being part of a team.
Responsibilities of a CCR:
- Data entry of daily fuel deliveries
- Process customer payments
- Answer and forward phone calls
- Schedule oil and fuel deliveries
- Organize and distribute mail
- Copying and performing other administrative tasks
- Keeping the reception desk and area clean and well-organized
- Provide exceptional customer service
CCR Job Requirements:
- Office experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great telephone communication skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills, including competency in Microsoft Office programs
- Professional and friendly disposition
- Ability to work in a team and assist colleagues with administrative tasks
