Nittany Energy is a local family-owned business that is looking for a qualified (CCR) Customer Care Representative/Dispatcher at our Williamsport office. Our business provides heating oil to residential customers and commercial fuels to businesses, farms, etc. We also deliver gas and fuel to our 28 convenience store sites along with a few independent station dealers. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day activities for this location. The schedule is primarily M-F but can include some Saturdays in the winter season. This individual would need to work well with others and enjoy being part of a team.

Responsibilities of a CCR:

• Data entry of daily fuel deliveries
• Process customer payments
• Answer and forward phone calls
• Schedule oil and fuel deliveries
• Organize and distribute mail
• Copying and performing other administrative tasks
• Keeping the reception desk and area clean and well-organized
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage bulk plant inventories

CCR Job Requirements:

• Experience as a receptionist is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great telephone communication skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer skills, including competency in Microsoft Office programs
• Professional and friendly disposition
• Ability to work in a team and assist colleagues with administrative tasks
