Requirements/Responsibilities:

Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
Offering the team encouragement to stay true to our 2nd Mile Service goals
Providing immediate and respectful responses to guests' needs
Possessing the courage to engage in difficult and candid conversations
Assisting in the training of new hires and setting a positive tone for each shift
Acting as a role model for our team, being friendly and encouraging
Opening and/or closing lead shifts as a key holder
Counting drawers and finalizing the day
Ensuring food safety standards are met or exceeded
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
