Responsibilities:
- Inspire the team to work in a respectful and efficient manner.
- Efficiently lead the team to maximize productivity
- Manage and oversee kitchen operations
- Ensure food preparation areas are clean and sanitary
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must have open availability
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- MUST be willing and able to have difficult conversations and hold team accountable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
