Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Offering the team encouragement to stay true to our 2nd Mile Service goals
- Providing immediate and respectful responses to guests' needs
- Possessing the courage to engage in difficult and candid conversations
- Assisting in the training of new hires and setting a positive tone for each shift
- Acting as a role model for our team, being friendly and encouraging
- Opening and/or closing lead shifts as a key holder
- Counting drawers and finalizing the day
- Ensuring food safety standards are met or exceeded
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
