Requirements and Responsibilities:

Applicants must be able to:
- Maintain availability for full Friday/Saturday shifts within your hired day part as well as 2 other weekdays shifts within your hired day part
- Smile
- Work inside and outside within the local climate norms throughout the year.

- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
- Display the ability to multitask & quickly, yet thoroughly

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
We ask you to:
- High school diploma or college degree not required but preferred
- Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Maintain availability that fits your job description
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Have reliable transportation
- A valid driver's license and proof of insurance is preferred
