FreshFin is changing the fast-casual dining experience, and we want you to be a part of it as a Crew Member at our FreshFin Madison - Downtown shop!

Our Crew Members ensure that our guests are given a warm welcome upon arrival and that they leave happy and satisfied with their experience. You will be cross-trained to support both front-of-house and kitchen operations!

Your Impact

• You are energized by working as part of a team, and you demonstrate teamwork in your words and actions by actively seeking out opportunities to pitch-in and help the team wherever it may be needed.
• Use your culinary skills by preparing proteins, vegetables and fruits, recipes and sauces to FreshFin specifications and standards.
• Work on the food line and prepare our delicious menu to exact recipe standards and within ticket time expectations.
• While your main focus will be in the kitchen operations, you will be cross-trained to support the front-of-house and provide customer service.

What You Bring to the FreshFin Team

• Your willingness to support both kitchen and front-of-house operations, when necessary.
• If you have previous experience in a full-service dining or fast-casual restaurant, that’s a plus!
