Responsibilities:

Lead the closing team to ensure smooth operations
Manage inventory and restocking procedures
Oversee cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Provide excellent customer service during closing hours

Qualifications:

Highly skilled in team leadership
Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts with weekend availability
Motivated and enthusiastic about providing exceptional service
Previous experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus
