Pay:

$11.25-$11.55 an hour

General Responsibilities:

Provide a "remarkable" experience with every guest you meet

Requirements:

Work a minimum of 12 hours a week
Must have Friday and Saturday availability
Provide quick, genuine, and accurate service
Stock products and supplies while being able to lift up to 30 pounds
Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests by mopping and sweeping floors, removing trash, and keeping restrooms stocked and clean
Maintain good hygiene
Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and leadership
Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with Chick-fil-A Anson (IN)’s brand, culture, and standard of excellence
Be willing and able to change positions at any given time during a shift
Be dependable and punctual
Be a team player and have an ‘I’m third’ mentality by putting customers first, team members second, and yourself third

Be able to freely move throughout the kitchen, front counters, and outdoors
