REPORTS TO: Supervisor
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrates strong Pathway knowledge and able to execute all operational Chick-fil-A procedures in their area of expertise
- Show genuine hospitality and demonstration of the Core 4 to every guest
- Provide great food, fast and accurately
- Take customer orders with genuine hospitality
- Assemble customer orders with accuracy
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, by breaking down boxes, taking stickers off dishes, sweeping floors, changing trash cans etc.
- Jolt checklists including BOH, FOH and weekly cleaning
- Manages food waste by following the cool down system, and tracking waste with Q-tally
- Following all opening and closing procedures

- Following all uniform, jewelry and hygiene requirements

- Time management, being on time for every shift (1 minute is late)

- Customer focused, strive for them to feel immediately known
- Upholding positive team culture
