REPORTS TO: Supervisor
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the restaurant’s “Expert” in all operational positions, tasks and systems
- Training all new Team Members during scheduled times designated by the scheduler
- Tracking training using Trello and providing on the job feedback
- Consistently follows the “Demonstrate, Imitate, Repeat” model throughout their training
- Explains/Show the “why” behind procedures
- Leverages all resources and tools (Pathway, Sidekicks, Quality Photos, ORG, etc.)
- Utilizes effective questioning and training tools to facilitate learning
- Coaching all new hires in the business according to Pathway procedures
- SAFE and ERQA
- Providing on the job feedback to new Team Members, existing Team Members and Leaders
- Support PIC (Person in Charge) and ensure positive guest experiences
- Be a model for genuine hospitality and demonstrate the Core 4
- Uphold food safety standards
- Ensures the completion of all daily tasks
- Run small portions of the shift when needed
