Responsibilities of a cashier:

• Greet all guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Make accurate change quickly and efficiently
• Serve guests in a timely manner
• Clear trays from the dining area
• Perform cleaning tasks including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, and sanitizing food areas
