About the Role

As an Experience Guide Supervisor, you’ll lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and create unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll inspire, train, and support your team to exceed goals while ensuring smooth day-to-day boutique operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Mentor and train team members on best practices
  • Drive membership, gift card, and service sales
  • Maintain high service standards (4.5-star average goal)
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism
