The Front of House Supervisor role consists of stewarding responsibilities in support of the Director of Operations. The functionality of this position calls for someone who is able to assess situations quickly, utilize situational leadership, and know how to shift pace as volume changes throughout different days of business. In addition to this, there is a necessity for a supreme level of commitment and tenacity.
Candidates who are hired for this position will join the team as a team member, and will go through development to equip him/her with what they need to succeed as a leader at Chick-fil-A. The time spent getting to know the team and learning about our business is crucial to that success.
Core Functions:
- Orchestrating shifts
- Proactive planning
- Running breaks
- Writing lineups
- Training/coaching team members on shifts for all positions
- Cleaning and special projects
- Making necessary adjustments on shift
- Stewarding one - two key responsibilities

Requirements:
- 1 year of Chick-fil-A experience or 2 years of leadership experience
