We are currently seeking dedicated and energetic individuals for the roles of Expo, Dish pit and Prep Cook, to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of service in our busy kitchen and to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic team members to fill the roles of Expo, Dish pit and Prep Cook. As an Expo, you will act as the communication link between the kitchen and the front-of-house staff, ensuring that all orders are accurately and efficiently prepared, plated, and delivered to our guests. As a Dish pit and Prep Cook, you'll work with our kitchen staff ensuring kitchen supplies are clean and ready for service, while also prepping products and goods for the cook line to fulfill orders for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Expo Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining room.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and plated according to restaurant standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management.
• Monitor food quality and presentation, addressing any issues promptly.
• Expedite orders to ensure timely service.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining the kitchen's order board.
• Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams during peak service times.
• Maintain a clean and organized expo station.
• Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with care and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain).

Additional Qualifications for Expo:

• Previous experience as an Expo or in a similar role preferred
