Team members that are high school seniors or enrolled in a college program, have the opportunity to apply for the merit based Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures Scholarship (ranging from $1,000-2,500). Team members may be awarded this scholarship up to four times during their college career.
Chick-fil-A Lilburn pays 100% of team members college tuition if enrolled in Point University's online Bachelor or Masters program.

A seasoned Chick-fil-A Trainer may interview for leadership position, as a Shift Manager. The Director Role is one of the highest positions in the restaurant that may be interviewed for with a recommendation from Chick-fil-A Lilburn's General Manager.
