Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile and create eye contact with guests
Speak enthusiastically and make emotional connections
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
Multitask quickly and efficiently
Be adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
And other duties as assigned
