They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our restaurant Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. Our leader's main focuses are to cultivate an environment that excels in effectively running the restaurant as well as coaching/developing team members. They lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Position Type:
- Full-time + 5-8 hours of overtime per week
- Pay starting at $16/hour

Leader Responsibilities:
- Learning/Understanding Front of House or Back of House operations.
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Set an example for Team Members
