- People avalable to work in the morning/daytime during school hours--NO AFTER SCHOOLERs
- Someone who comes to work with a positive attitude ready to provide an exceptional guest experience
- A team player who excels in a fun, fast-paced environment while following brand standards as well as safety/sanitation standards
- Someone with a great attitude who has a desire to learn and is able take feedback from their supervisor and run with it
Minimum Qualifications:
- Speaks/Reads English
- Can take spoken orders from Guests
- Can count money and make change
- Can operate restaurant equipment
Responsibilities:
- Completes all required training
- Ensures a Satisfactory Guest Experience
- Holds the Guest as their most important priority at all times
- Acknowledges all Guests and is highly responsive to needs and special requests
- Handles high pressure situations calmly
- Is able to resolve customer concerns utilizing LAST with respect and a sense of urgency
- Understands all hospitality standards and holds self accountable for them
- Contributes to indoor and outdoor cleanliness standards
- Actively participates in meeting all cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards
- Communicates Guest feedback to restaurant management
- Educates Guests on product line and added value available to them
- Adheres to all uniform and grooming standards
