Duties for Director include allocating budget resources, creating restaurant policies, coordinating business operations, developing and inspiring team members, managing operational costs, creating great customer service, administration processes and tasks, working with vendors, hiring and training team members, identifying business opportunities, and managing IPO. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in leading business functions will assist our organization in building relationships with our guests, growing sales, increasing team member engagement, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.
