USA Hockey Arena, located in Plymouth, MI; is seeking a Concessions Team Member - to become an integral part of our fast paced service team! We are looking for BIG smiles and very friendly people person; experience is not required.
Job Responsibilities:
· To greet, welcome, thank and invite our Guests back, ensuring an enjoyable visit by everyone.
· To accommodate our Guests time restrictions by giving prompt, courteous service.
· To take accurate food and beverage orders.
· To assist Management by informing them of maintenance problems and any Guest issues.
· To assist in the upkeep of the concessions areas - be sure everything is always clean and well maintained.
· To demonstrate an enthusiastic and upbeat attitude.
· To be a team player.
· Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Strong prioritizing, organization, problem solving and decision making skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance fluctuating workload
