Assistant Manager Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Work a minimum of 45 hours per week
- Have at least two years of restaurant management experience
Assistant Manager Capabilities Requirement
- Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks
- Handle inventory management and ensure food costs are controlled
- Ensure completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks and checklists
- Hire and schedule staff to provide exceptional guest experiences while managing labor expenses
- Balance daily cash drawers, safe, and credit cards
- Operate the store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goals
- Ensure all product quality standards are met
- Create a quality-driven environment within the store
- Lead and coach the performance of the team
