Job Responsibilities:

• Completing online training in the designated timeframe
• Communicate effectively with team members and grooming coach and Paragon mentor
• Working with dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Participating in daily/monthly salon cleanings and maintenance

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary
• Excellent time management skills
• Work a flexible schedule with some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
