What a Key Team Leader does:

• Engages each neighbor to ensure they receive friendly service, whether in-store or curbside
• Plans, assigns, and directs duties during their shift, ensuring the accurate completion of all opening and closing activities
• Maintains solid product knowledge and keeps current with new product introductions
• Handles neighbor-related issues as they arise and determines resolution, communicating all issues and resolutions to the Store Team Leaders
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities by following company policies and procedures

Key Team Leaders will have:

• A genuine passion for pets and an interest in pet care and nutrition
• Solid communication abilities with leadership skills and attention to detail
• 2+ years of retail experience with an interest in a leadership role
• The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays as needed
