$17 per hour - $19 per hour + tips

At Sticky's we serve the best damn chicken fingers in town and we always aim to keep it saucy with our 18 signature sauces!

We are looking to hire immediately for Crewmembers able to work many different shifts: opening, closing, late night and everything in between. Every Crewmember in our restaurants is important to our success and a value to our company. We work with a sense of purpose and focus on our guest experience, crew and company culture and serving the best damn chicken fingers. We are constantly striving to be better every day and stay development focused. Whether you have experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook or any other restaurant or service-oriented role - we have a position for you and we'll make sure you are trained and prepared to grow your restaurant career with us. 

Who You Are*

• 17 years of age or older
• A Team Player, assisting other crewmembers in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure a smooth service
• Able to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds, kneel, bend, twist or stoop and ascend or descend stairs
• The ability to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Report to work at your scheduled time, in uniform and adhere to the attendance policy
• Work hard to keep the inside and outside of the restaurant clean by using "clean as you go" practices, following cleaning checklists and always keeping the restaurant sanitary and organized. Cleaning will include, but is not limited to cleaning tables, dishes, fryers, floors and other areas of the restaurant.
• Able to take orders from guests and process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Ability to multitask 
• Provide all guests with quick and friendly service
• Work under pressure and at a fast pace
• Take the initiative and pride in doing a good job
